3. The Application must be Independent of the Database which is in the backend i.e the frontend shouldnot be aware of the what version of database is there in the backend and also what database i.e it may be oracle, MS SQL, MYSQL, POST GRE, SYBASE (RDBMS).

In the Network the application must transmit small amount of the traffic that means may be the object or data that should be light weight.

One is the primary thing is to choose the

Operating System

which is more reliable and robust. In that we should also check the Future implementations also development. So we can choose the Operating System from Opensource. I.e Linux or BSD . This Operating System is having the hardware compatibility these days to all including the Desktop, Server, PDA and etc.,

The Desktop version and Server version is nowadays going to boom and by using these we can also stop the piracy. This is the only way we can stop the piracy and make the citizens aware of the Open source sharing by which every one can get the benefit of sharing the Source code and freely distributable.

The Server Version is almost entered into the all aspects of Business and Scientific organizations. i.e the Server version is very much popular for its security and low-virus (nil) attacks. Comparing with the Proprietary Softwares and operating systems.

There are also available for the Office productivity. i.e the main work goes on this applications. So people should aware of this Opensource and Free Software Foundation.
